Quality processes for a process water tank…
Zoe is standing next to a 27,500L tank that will be heading up to a site in Newman to hold process water. When set up on site it will be fitted with a heavy duty restraint ring. The restraint ring is fabricated by our in-house team from a heavy duty galvanized steel. When attached to the tank, this makes for one rock solid vessel, that will be certified for wind loading Region D, CAT 2. So this tank won’t be going anywhere. However before this process water tank is sent on it’s way, it has to go through our quality assurance process.
Which brings us back to Zoe…
Zoe is the newest member of our quality inspection team, and part of her role involves going through our quality assurance process for each tank made.
And Zoe is a stickler for process…
She looks happy in this photo because she has just finished going over this tank after it passed the Hydrostatic Test certified 8 hour hold. Zoe’s precise attention to detail, ensures that no tank leaves, before it’s ready.
So when this tank is set up on site, our client will feel secure knowing not only that the tank has the added security of a cyclone restraint ring. But also that their process water tank, has undergone a testing process, that’s as tough as a Region D, CAT 2 Cyclone Restraint Ring.
