About Us
West Coast Poly was established in Canning Vale, Perth, in 1999 with the aim of producing high-quality, long-lasting polyethylene storage tanks for Western Australia’s rural, residential, mining and industrial markets.
From our modern manufacturing facility in Canning Vale, we use advanced rotomoulding technology to produce high-quality polyethylene tanks in one piece. As part of WA’s strong tradition of local manufacturing and innovation, our products are designed and built by local people for Western Australian conditions.
The quality and longevity of our products, combined with the efficiency of our delivery network, have helped West Coast Poly become a preferred supplier to agricultural agencies, residential resellers, builders, and the mining and industrial sector. Our reputation has been built on producing precision-engineered, well-designed tanks backed by long-term warranties.

West Coast Poly has proudly supported the Country Football WA for the past 11 years as a Sponsor of Player of the Week and Player of the Year award. This sponsorship reaches across the country areas of the State.
The Association provides representation to over 90 Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service Brigades from Kununurra to Esperance to Kalgoorlie – including 5 private Brigades – Leinster, Paraburdoo, Pannawonica, Tom Price and Murrin Murrin.

Chad Southcott
General Manager
Raised on a wheat and sheep farm near Ballidu, Chad brings practical, on-the-ground understanding to his role as General Manager. With 14 years at West Coast Poly and five prior at Freedom Tanks, he has built deep industry expertise across every facet of the business. Today, Chad oversees Production, Despatch, Sales and Marketing, leading the team with a steady, solutions-focused approach grounded in real-world experience.

Born and raised in Geraldton, Jake brings extensive sales experience and a background in pump and irrigation maintenance. Known for strong communication skills and a helpful approach, he finds the most rewarding part of the role is assisting customers.

WA born, Bianca-Lee prefers the freedom and space of rural living. With over 15 years in the building and construction industry, seven of those dedicated to logistics, Bianca-Lee thrives on the challenge and problem-solving demands of the role. Strong people and organisational skills are key strengths. When not at work Bianca-Lee can be found outside in her garden.

John Walton
Operations Manager
John Walton is a Perth local who grew up in Rivervale and has spent nearly four decades in the rotomoulding industry. Starting on the factory floor at just 16, John worked his way through supervisory roles into senior operations leadership, bringing deep hands-on knowledge to the team. He’s passionate about mentoring people, driving safety and quality, and building strong teams.
Outside of work John is fueled by family time, camping, motorcycles, and has a soft spot for the 80s.

Carol-Ann Bell’s diverse background and experience bring unique strengths to West Coast Poly. Originally from New Zealand’s South Island and later settling in Perth, she brings a flexible, resourceful, and self-reliant spirit shaped by her rural upbringing. Her love for the outdoors and adaptability translates into a practical, hands-on approach at work.
At West Coast Poly, Carol-Ann’s extensive experience in accounts, supplemented by customer service and logistics roles – enables her to confidently manage a fast-paced and varied workload. She excels at organization and prioritization, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Outside work, she likes running, gardening, and taking on home improvement projects. She starts her days with early morning runs along the river, a refreshing routine that sets a positive tone for the day.

Born in Wongan Hills, Tammy has a Diploma of Graphic Design and over 16yrs in the industry, Tammy has spent the last 6 years with West Coast Poly. Working side by side the Marketing Manager, Tammy is a valued team member and responsible for developing concepts, graphics and layouts as well managing the company’s brand and social media.

James’ family has been farming in Coorow – Carnamah for over 100 years, he graduated university and started marketing in the health sector followed by 5 years working in fresh produce with both growers and retailers. His interest in agriculture and manufacturing brought him to West Coast Poly where he now manages our marketing and communication strategies.

Originally hailing from the country town of Blackburn in the UK, Megan moved to Perth in 2024, swapping green hills for sandy beaches. West Coast Poly is Megan’s first job in Australia where she started as our Receptionist. Moving forward with her positive attitude & wonderful customer service skills, Megan has now taken on the role as Office Manager where she continues to expand her skills.

With a career spanning marine work, teaching, and senior operations roles in oil and gas, Peter brings a people-first mindset to his role as Dispatch Co-ordinator. He enjoys working closely with the team and delivering great outcomes for customers, especially when the yard and schedule run smoothly.

Laurie is focused on building strong relationships and driving long-term growth, with a clear, positive approach to communication. Outside of work, it’s all about family, fitness and getting to the footy or a live show.

Born and raised in Perth, Ryan has spent time in Tasmania before settling in Bunbury, where he’s been based for the past eight years. With over 25 years in sales and leadership, including roles in manufacturing, agriculture and business ownership, he brings a strategic, data-driven approach to the team. Ryan enjoys reconnecting with the agribusiness sector and building strong partnerships to drive growth. Outside of work, he’s into 4WDing, remote camping and coding.
