Handball Competition Terms and Conditions

Dowerin Machinery Field Days: 26–27 August 2026
Newdegate Machinery Field Days: 2–3 September 2026

• To qualify, customers must place an order for an eligible West Coast Poly storage tank at the West Coast Poly exhibition site during either event.
  Eligible tank sizes are 23,000L, 25,000L, 27,500L, 38,000L and 50,000L.
• Orders must be placed at:
  Dowerin Machinery Field Days on Wednesday 26 or Thursday 27 August 2026; or
  Newdegate Machinery Field Days on Wednesday 2 or Thursday 3 September 2026.
• Each eligible order entitles the customer to one entry in the Handball Competition, regardless of the number of tanks included in the order.
• Prizes will be supplied when the purchased tank or tanks are delivered. Prizes will not be provided on the day of the competition.
• If an eligible order is cancelled, the customer will forfeit their prize and eligibility in the competition.

AFTER HARVEST TERMS 2026/27

Terms & Conditions

1. Offer Details
   West Coast Poly’s After Harvest Terms promotion allows approved customers to purchase eligible Liquid Fertiliser Storage Tanks, take delivery upon completion, and defer payment until 31 January 2027.
2. Eligible Products
   This offer applies only to selected West Coast Poly Liquid Fertiliser Storage Tanks, including 25,000L and 50,000L models, unless otherwise advised by West Coast Poly.
3. Promotion Period
   Orders must be placed between 13 August 2026 and 30 September 2026, unless extended by West Coast Poly. The promotion may end earlier if allocated stock is exhausted.
4. Purchase Channel
   To qualify for After Harvest Terms, orders must be placed through an approved West Coast Poly agent, rural reseller, or fertiliser supplier participating in the promotion.
5. Payment Due Date
   Full payment must be received by 31 January 2027 unless otherwise agreed in writing by West Coast Poly.
6. Late Payments
   Overdue accounts may incur interest, administration fees, or debt recovery costs in accordance with West Coast Poly’s standard trading terms.
7. Special Offer Pricing
   The advertised saving of $550 on selected 50,000L Liquid Fertiliser Storage Tanks is valid only during the promotional period and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, rebate, dealer incentive, or promotional offer.
8. Delivery
   Delivery charges may apply and will be quoted separately where applicable. Delivery timing is subject to manufacturing schedules, freight availability, and site access requirements.
9. Ownership of Goods
   Ownership of goods remains with West Coast Poly until payment has been received in full.
10. Availability
    Products are available while stocks last. West Coast Poly reserves the right to substitute, amend, or withdraw products and promotions without notice.
11. General
    West Coast Poly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the After Harvest Terms promotion at any time. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
