Fertilisation flexibility was the paramount concern for one of our agricultural clients when he came and spoke to Ryan at the Newdegate field day. He is a recurring client who we have dealt with for many years and was eager to know if we could modify one of our new Cartage tanks for suspending trace elements within his liquid fertiliser solution.
Ryan was more than happy to oblige! Due to the long and narrow footprint of cartage tanks, generating uniform liquid movement and velocity across the tanks floor area can create a challenge.
Not for our design team though.
Through the inclusion of a longitudinal mounted internal agitation line running from an external pumping system, which causes the liquid to circulate or roll, much like a washing machine, it ensured solids suspension was achieved within the tank.
This gives our client maximum movability & flexibility when it comes to conditioning his soil with trace elements.
