A WA-based manufacturer needed a reliable, purpose-built tank for their blending process, so we delivered a 9,000L polyethylene mixing tank designed for power, precision, and performance.
Equipped with a 415V mechanical mixer featuring a stainless steel shaft and impeller, the tank is built to handle even thick, viscous materials with ease. To give operators greater control over mixing performance, a Variable Speed Drive (VSD) was supplied loose—offering a 240V input and 415V output for flexible and precise adjustment of motor speed.
The tank’s integrated design means there’s no need for additional mounting frames. A heavy-duty HDPE roof reinforced with steel supports the mixer, ensuring structural strength and reducing onsite setup time—just position it on the pad and it’s ready to go.
User-friendly access was another key focus, with a large 800mm x 600mm hinged loading hatch for easy material input. Two 50mm BSP welded outlets with poly ball valves provide flexible drainage, including a base outlet to maximise batch yield.
