Agitation Tanks That Differ From The Rest…
Looks like our standard agitation tanks on the outside? But on the inside these agitation tanks differ from the rest.
These are custom made dissolution mixing tanks, for one of our agricultural clients, who needed them for fertiliser mixing. Like a lot of our clients he has multiple fertliser recipes, some recipes, lean towards more of a focus on plant nutrition, while other recipes contain a higher number of trace elements. Which help balance and condition the soil.
Different paddocks require different mixes and our client wants to get the most out of his fertiliser, and he doesn’t want to risk cross contamination from the different batches.
So we designed these tanks to be fully drainable.
We do this by installing a sloping foam floor allowing the chemicals to fully drain between batches, reducing any unwanted chemical contamination and allowing the client to get the best result out of his fertiliser.
