Tanks that give you the flexibility of portability…
Our client has a site up north, and was looking for portable water tanks, to be used for dust suppression and equipment wash down. The tanks will be used initially in a part of the site that’s underground, but they need to be able to move them around site or to different sites. However because the tank is portable, we needed to ensure that the placement of the tank fittings are still easy to use & access no matter the change in setting, location or environment.
We placed the tanks in heavy duty reinforced steel frames, that are forkable, with load certified lifting points, making them easy to relocate. To make sure the fittings were adaptable to any environment our 15m horse reel is retractable lockable & can rotate in a 270 degree angle. This gives the user flexibility of access to clean all sides of the machinery/equipment. A poly riser is attached to the tank and can be used to connect it to nearby emergency wash stations. While the camlock for water truck filling is placed on the corner of the tank, giving it access to filling from either side.
Tanks that are relocatable without loss to their effectiveness and efficiency gives our client the flexibility that comes with portability.
