Raw waste storage…it’s not everyone’s favourite topic
We can understand that, in fact, it’s that attitude that under pinned the philosophy when it came to the design this tank. To think about raw waste storage, so our client doesn’t have to. It resulted in a well-designed portable unit that takes care of the elements, that most, don’t want to think about or discuss.
Housed in our heavy duty steel frames, these tanks are going to a site in Exmouth. Because our reinforced frames have fork pockets and certified lifting points, they can be moved around the site easily, giving our client flexibility when it comes to placement. It also means they can be easily moved to another site, or some of our clients with similar designs hire them out.
Our design philosophy of an easy to use, monitor and maintain tank that is set and forget really comes through in the fittings we chose for the tank. On top of the tank is a one-way vent, preventing pressure build up or vacuum release from within the tank. For easy monitoring, we install a level gauge and a 9 volt level alarm, with the two separate systems working as an added fail safe. So it’s easy and seamless to use me made sure the outlet size and connection matches with our client’s current equipment.
All of these design elements mean for our client, it’s tank they can move around to wherever they need it, set it and then leave it there with minimal fuss or attention needed, so they can focus on producing.
