A black 23,000L chemical tank, custom-built using HDPE to store 12.5% sodium hypochlorite (commonly known as bleach) for a client in chemical manufacturing.
For every chemical tank, we start by determining if the chemical is suitable for polyethylene storage. We assess the specific gravity of the liquid and ensure all gaskets and sealants are compatible, preventing potential failures. But this project had an added challenge—our client needed a custom infill line to meet specific design and operational requirements.
Working closely with the client, we tailored the tank’s design and engineered a unique infill line that integrated seamlessly into their system. This solution was built for efficient filling, ensuring the safe transfer of chemicals while minimising downtime. Our team’s flexibility in adapting to the client’s needs highlights our focus on precision and functionality, delivering a tank that exceeds expectations.
This tank, made from heavy-duty HDPE, is crafted to handle the high specific gravity of bleach, ensuring maximum safety and durability.
