How it Works
Each Week the WACFL chooses an outstanding performer on the field from around the state to be the West Coast Player of the Week. Weekly winners are notified and acknowledged with a Rebel Sports gift card. This automatically qualifies them to be in the draw to be chosen as Player of the Year.
All players selected for this weekly award will qualify for selection of Player of the Year 2022. The winner is announced at the end of season where the successful player will win the grand prize of 2 x tickets to the 2023 AFL Grand Final* including airfares and accommodation. *Subject to Covid restrictions.
The player selected to receive this award will be announced at the Awards Dinner Event held on the day of the WAFL finals.
